Noisy Bosch dishwasher.. Is there a pump problem?

Bosch dishwasher SMS40C02GB/03 noisy when washing.. noise coming from circulation pump! changed it twice and same problem?? I have stopped arms turning and still noisy?? the noise comes and goes but it does get loud.. the new ones is not as noisy as the ones previous but still noisier than usual.. is there a fault with these pumps or are they supposed to be very noisy 🙂
