I have a Bosch wff2000 which I have just replaced the main drum bearing. However the drum although much quieter than before, is still making a regular thumping sound on wash, and is very noisy on spin. Is the fault within the drum itself? What’s the best way to dismantle the drum?

I have inspected the inner drum and one of the 3 mountings has come adrift from the spider.
It’s the inner drum spider that’s shattered. Does anyone know where I can buy one secondhand or new other than from Bosch?
