    I purchased a new fridge freezer, delivered 9th Sept and can’t put up with the noise it makes. I have had no alternative other than to arrange for an engineer to visit and inspect the appliance but am told if no fault is found I will have to pay £54. How do I stand if no fault is found ?

    If no fault is found then you will need to suffer the cost i’m afraid .
