Last week, we took delivery of a new Liebherr CUN3513 Fridge Freezer. the delivery man advised to let it settle for at least 4 hours before plugging it in.

After 4 hours plugged it in and its been running great ever since, however I am finding that rather than a constant hum like my previous Bosch this one makes a variety of noises that sounds like its coughing and spluttering most of the time. I initially put it down to it being new and giving it more time to settle but its still the same today a week on.
I haven’t messed around around with the controls or have superfreeze option turned on to make it work overtime and has had very little opening and closing in the last couple of days.

Any ideas what this could be?

    Thanks

You do often get some more noise off the new R600a based systems than you would off an older freon gas based system and there’s not much to be done for it either.

One of the costs of saving the planet I’m afraid.
