nor-cool cu 200 fridge cooling unit

been to a customer has has a custom built fridge, basicaly a big cupboard with this nor-cool unit sitting on roof blowing cool air into cupboard, cooling unit is faulty beyond repair(model cu200), does any one know where to get a replacement, customer has been on to nor-cool and they have said dont do the cu 200 any more, they only do spit units ie one part on out side of the house..

any info would be great,

only norcool as they were not the best units around as when i worked for expert we used to get recall after recall and norcool new of these problem with this unit.

any idea if we could drop something else in with same dimensions, as replacing whole fridge/cupboard would be really expensive

sorry for late reply, its been regassed about 5 times had anew compressor, cond fan also faulty….
basically its just had it… customer wants to put something in thats quieter

Why not try somebody like Hawco or SRW if you give them the condenser duty/size they will match up a replacement condenser unit,stick the numbers on here and I’ll check itbout for you if you wish.
Could you extend the pipes and cables and fit an outdoor unit? woud be quiet then.

Tell them it will save on running costs outside,much better for the enviorment and all that bull 🙂
