A couple of years ago we sold new items,orderd from DAD.
The last one we sold was 26/6/07 a gorenji cooker with a two year guarantee. We have just been rung at 7:10 pm by the customer who bought it.
He told me that he had rung gorenji after breaking the door on the cooker and they were helpfull and said that they would call out today, at 2:45 he then rang them back and told them that it was unacceptable when they said they would be their in 45 mins and cancelled the call out. How unacceptable is it that he calls me at 7:10pm asking if i could ring them if i had any clout with them.
