Some idiot who will remain unnamed put an item in to wash which has disintegrated and blocked machine up. It’s a candy sprint 1200 but can’t see a model number. The same idiot has laid a floor which now means we can’t get the machine out.

I’ve opened the pump access on front of machine and cleared some stuff out and the propeller spins ok but still won’t drain. Are there other pipes I can check for blockage?

    Thank you

    Re: not draining

Yes, but you will have to pull it out to get at them from underneath or from the back.

Make sure you remove the mains plug first of course.

Thanks, I never liked that lino anyway! 😀

Are there any pipes in particular to check. I presume the one which goes to the sink trap?

the main culprit will be the sump

with plug out, tilt the machine45 degrees, the sump is the pipe from the pump to the tub

always a good place to stat

    but please work safely

    good luck
