Hello, i have a Candy CNE 108T washing machine. I tried rinsing an empty washing machine for more then 20 times and even after all that time, there is still detergent foam on top of the water. A few days ago the machine got clogged and while unclogging it, i moved some of the draining pipes. I guess something isnt right anymore and preventing proper draining. This is an image from my manual, the way i am supposed to set it up:

I am having trouble understanding how draining pipe height and set up affects draining process. Could someone please explain to me how does it work and maybe what exactly regarding the setup could produce what i am seeing right now. Thank you in advance

    Re: Not rinsing properly

I’ve never seen such a lousy illustration, no wonder you’re confused. Basically there are two simple options in most installations. Either you hook the end of the drain hose into a nearby sink or 4cm stand pipe OR connect the end of the drain hose to a drain coupling directly under the sink U trap.

In any event the end of the waste hose should be at least 24″ (60cm) above the ground.

Questions: Is the waste water draining swiftly from your machine and have you checked the drain filter isn’t blocked?

    Re: Not rinsing properly

Thank you for your reply, i will try to explain the situation as best as i can.

I probably clogged the washing machine a few days ago when i washed some cloths that i used to clean plaster and my bicycle. I removed all dirt parts before putting them into washing machine but obviously i didn’t do a good enough job.

I checked my filter and it isn’t blocked. It wasn’t blocked even a few days ago when the water wouldnt drain. I unclogged it with combination of overnight vinegar, 1 cycle of toilete cleaner and then using water vacuum on both ends to suck all the dirt out. I did the vacuum thing again today because it seems the washing machine was still clogged as u can see on first video, on the second video it seems to be better. Maybe you can see something on the videos. Mind you, on second video, this is not a normal water level – i added more of it so you could see how it drains it.

    draining pipe setup:

I spent about 8 hours today trying to rinse what you see on videos. This is really stressfull.
