Not Spinning Ariston A1300

Used info to take machine apart and take motor off to check brushes.

They look worn but what do I know I work in an office.
Gave them a clean and put it all back together again and still nothing.
Is this still likely to be the cause even though I cleaned them up?

I am sure I could fit them myself but £30 on brushes and still not working would not go down well with the wife. Anyone any ideas?

How much brush was left protruding from the holder Flash ?

About 1 1/2cm’ish or 3/4′ in imperial

Worn but not that worn then by the sound of it.

Possibles are, pump, motor, module, pressure switch causing no spin.

If you need an engineer, check the repairs@ link at the bottom of my post, I think that may be the way forward with this one 😀
