Not Using Conditioner, am I doing something wrong Hotpoint

Hi there I have a brand new Hotpoint Ultima Super Silent WD860P Washer Dryer.
I have completely read the whole instruction booklet, I add the powder and conditioner as instructed in the owners manual and have used it about 5 times now on 2 or 3 different programmes, but the odd thing is it has never used any of the conditioner in the draw. Is there something wrong with this brand new machine or does it only use the conditioner on certain programmes.
I cannot find any mention of condioner only in certain programes in the owners booket.

Please advise 😀

Sounds like you’ve got a problem…. Conditioner should dispense at the last rinse. Still, you’re under guarantee, so send for The Indesit Company.
