I would like to inform you that we have a few new models coming onto the market that will not be serviced by Amica.

Unfortunately you will not be able to raise a job for these machines, so I would advise you not to carry out any work as we will not be able to pay you for it.

Please refer your customer to our call centre and we will forward on to the department dealing with these appliances.

I see Portway already have some of these listed on their specials list,can i ask who is covering the warranty?

So far as we know they are Vestel made machines and service is through JTM as they are covered by a Vestel warranty.
