    It would be helpful if the job came through with the symptom code already in place please?

    the reason the engineer is asked to complete the symptom code is because what the customer tells us here at the CC and what they actual fault is isn’t always the same.

    we do have codes we have to complete, but you don’t see them on the jobsheet, i will ask IT to add them, might be helpful for you to see.
