Ocean APM6815 getting too cold

Hi,

Can anyone please help.

My fridge-freezer is getting too cold and starting to freeze my veg in the salad box even though its on the minimum setting.

I don’t have a manual/instructions and can’t find a manufacturers web site. Can anyone point me in the right direction of what may be wrong with it or know where I can get a manual? (Its not been defrosted in quite a while , could this be whats wrong? – theres no ice build up in the freezer though).

Probably a thermostat failure. If you turn the knob back towards zero, can you hear it click?

Power off if investigating.

Hi, I’ve just been and checked and no, the thermostat doesn’t click when you turn it. Thanks for your help.

could be a refrigerant blockage or insualtion failure as its a ocean brandt in a skirt.

If its the thermostat it woulf freeze everything not just the salad draws.
