Ocean C61/48 F/F not blocked gutter

Been to look at an Ocean C61/48 frost free fridge freezer. The outlet pipe that lets defrost water out is frozen up at freezer back wall. Water ends up on floor of freezer & freezes up in blocks of ice all the time. I take it there is a defrost heater but is there a gutter heater as well to prevent it from freezing up. Anyone encountered this problem before.

I can’t find this model listed anywhere 😕

Ocean is a Brandt owned brand but even they don’t show it.

It does sound like the drain heater has failed though.
