been to two of these this week one a brandt and one a ocean both the same machine. fault evap iced up heater and fuse ok. can you force these into defrost i tried turning off and back on but started running again.can only be def sensor or board. sensor is about 25+vat a bit steep. any body had any experience on these.

ps sorry no model number have left paperwork in office its the one with the board in the fridge running down the middle.
