Ocean frost free fridge freezer, frost free not working

We have an Ocean Frost Free Fridge Freezer (FFC 61/48) which about two months ago started making alot of noise (fan vibration I think). Since then it has started producing alot of ice, which eventually melts, leaks out of the doors leaving us with puddles. I suspect the doors haven’t been closing properly due to ice build up which has made the problem worse.
Having read some of your posts I guess the ‘ice free’/condensor fan has packed up, but would like to know more before I go further.

Any simple ideas for cures, or can you recommend a service engineer in the Staines, Chertsey or Egham area.

sounds like your your freezer isn’t defrosting properly. the noises will probly be ice catching the fan blade. local engineers can be found using directories or repairs@

or you can try totally defrosting your freezer (switch off and unplug for 36 hours with the door open) but the fault may return!
