From the second week of September the Technical Advisors will be on the road and offering training sessions all over the country. The first step in that is “Detergent & Powder Technology” and, believe me, it’s not as dull as it sounds. Some people in here had a taster of a very watered down version and, from what I can gather, they all found it rather enlighting.

To condense the story a little, better training on this and other subjects makes for a better, more competent and confident engineer and customers recognise this. This has been proved through extensive market research that has been carried out within our industry.
