I have washing machine and there is some oil or something red in drum i cant wash any clothes.

I tried to wash that away empty in 90 degrees, but nothing seems to happen how to hell i get that stuff away in my drum?

Well i have it one motor seal oil can in my pocket, and i think thats the same stuff.

And that oil is of course insoluble of benzin and other stuff.

Its not hard i can wipe it but its gonna spread more.

Is there any trick or chemical what take that shit away in my drum?

    Thank you for answers.

    Hi Vito,

You can give a maintenance wash a go but if there’s something in the drum, stuck, then you may either need an engineer to see if it can be fished out or the machine may need stripped to retrieve it. Very often removing such things is what we refer to as a “pig” in the trade. 😉

Even if it’s under warranty that wouldn’t be covered if there’s a foreign object or substance found in the machine. 😕

There is nothing stucked. That oil seal can was in my pocket in the last time when i washed my clothes.

Now that oil seal is spreaded in my drum.I dont have guaranteed anymore.

I want to know some chemical to wash that oil seal away.

I tried normal 90 degrees wash with soap it doesent helped.

    Ah, okay.

This is something I don’t normally recommend and the results are variable, that’s why.

You can use dishwasher cleaner, the Finish stuff, and that does break down grease very well but you have to be careful as it’s strong stuff for an appliance. Pour the bottle into the soap dispenser and put it on a 60C wash then hope it clears it. You won’t see any foam if memory serves me.

If that doesn’t clear it then you’ll have to have it stripped down and cleaned out manually. 🙁
