The ISE 2 has a normal opening door. The top of the range ISE 10 has the drop down door.
As for extra large loads etc have a read of THIS

Ok so anything above a 6kg load is a no no then in reality.
However compared to our old machine a 5kg load this one a 5.5kg is miles better. I’m in 2 minds.do I replace the supeshion to stop it banging and fit a new motor to stop the chatering of the bearing rarther than replace the machine? cost would be £110 but then it is about 8 years old and compared to new machines it cant be that economical to run.
Regarding that artical. dose that mean the wash performance ratings on new machines are no good?

Hi Madrat
I have just been to one of the electrolux sealed tub machines , 6 days out of its first year guarantee , bearings gone big time , estimated repair gives very little change from £200 .
The above shows the state of the whitegoods market in the UK, dominated by a few manufacturers producing cheaply built machines which after a very short time require a repair almost equal to the cost of the appliance, what a waste of resourses , and money .

To reduce production cost so you could buy a washing machine for £200 as you intend to do!

And I understan and dont expect a Cheep £200-£250 machine to last a lifetime but I and many people cant afford to spend £400 on a machine in the first place, but making a sealed unit is only going to make matters worse.

Yip,you’ve hit the nail on the head now Ken , people forget that the machines made in the 80’s and 90’s which lasted 12 to 15 years cost £300-£400 , so to get that quality and longevity now you just have to be talking close to the £800 mark . You just can’t build a good quality washing machine for the price of a vaccum cleaner.

I’m glad you now see that Madrat, perhaps others may do so as well.
The trouble is, had even the Creda that you have tracked with inflation for the past 8 years it’d be what, £400 or the best part of it?
The sad fact is that people expect something for nothing and, eventually, you have to pay the piper, one way or another. The short of it is, you get what you pay for and that’ll be that.
We’ve seen whole tub groups being changed for a bra wire being stuck in the machine under warranty. Out of warranty that same washing machine is landfill as the part to repair it costs almost the same as a replacement machine. Of course the retailers and some manufacturers love that, they’re in the business of selling you white boxes.
Cheap appliances are a false economy, environmentally damaging and often times just a rip off. Whether you choose to see that are not is up to you but a decent washing machine or any other appliance costs money. But it’s your money, you make your own choice on how to spend it, we can only advise in the hope you take what we say onboard.

And I value the advice. But When I replace the Creda It will be for a machine under £250 and by the looks of it a Beko, if it turns out they have sealed tubs aswell then I might go for anything posably even a Servis 😯 . Unfortunatly When your on a budget you have to go for cheep products and hope for the best or fix them your self if you are able. I would never have got a PC if I couldnt have built it my self, I would never have a car if I couldnt repair & service it my self. We would be without many things if I couldnt bodge and tinker with them. I might even pay £110 for new parts on the Creda and keep it going.
Tell me one thing, Are these tubs compleatly sealed? how is the heater fitted?

Beko do not use a sealed tub on their washers.
Yet.
