    We bought an electrolux fridge off ebay about 6 years ago and just wondered how old it is as it looks retro…

    The Model No: TR1240C Made in sweden by Electrolux (Red in Colour)

    I think the thermostat is failing as the fridge is on full but not as cold as it used to be however the freezer is ok. it is fairly big and has 2 compressors and has been a fantastic fridge just wondered if parts were still about and if any of you guys have heard of the model as I cant get anything about it when i search on google just the chrome door handle seems to be the only thing that is available and this has to come from abroad.

    System fault. If it uses R12 refrigerant your best cutting your losses as that refrigerant is long since banned.
