No diagrams on SIOS as it is to old, the only diagrams available for that model were on paper or Microfeche and I dont think anyone will have one now.
I would check all the thick wires that go through the door frame and IIRC the usual culprits were the heater / stat wiresJohn.

Thanks for all the replys, wires in door were the first thing I checked, shame as its nice and easy….as this machine has 3 yes 3 pressure switches (and I’ve made sure all the tubes were clear) its really awckward trying to trace wires thats why I hoped I could get a diagram.
Thanks again all

i’ve got a service manual for this lying around in my storage somewhere. i’ll have a look tomorrow and re-post tomorrow night.
if you’ve checked all the usual suspects, i think i’d have a look at the pressostat which is connected to the spraypump impeller housing. if i remember correctly it was called a dynamic pressure regulator.
i used to recon at least 20+ of these machines a week, but that was at least eight years ago and it’s shocking how quickly i’ve forgotten all about them.

Cheers Keith, any help welcome, I assume you mean high pressure pressure switch?. I remember them from my Hoover days, no easy way to test that one.
