    anyone know where i can get a drain pump for this machine ❓ masterpart said they have’nt heard of this model.

    That’s because it’s the Italian model on the back, only the model on the front will be recognised 😉

    How old is it, very and it’ll be Z…. a bit newer and FL….

    the number is c80412 fnr-837. got these from the filter accsess flap on the front of machine. customer thinks about 12yrs old ❓

    That would be an old FL811 which by that serial no is nearly 18 years old – darn good machine too.

    From memory the old sole pump was 50099251006 (i’ll get me anorak) though it got superceeded and changed to an askoll conversion kit. Later models had an askoll pump fitted so universal head will fit.

    You’ll need ZN5112 from M/part in that case.
