You know I’m trying to not lose the plot completely with some of the complete w****rs that call themselves (have the cheek to) engineers this past while.
Half the muppets want you to remotely diagnose the problem for you before they’ve even looked at the sodding machine. Then whine about how far away it is.
Well, if you can’t remotely diagnose then don’t f*****g do it.
If it’s too far away then maybe you shouldn’t do that area.
What a complete bunch of idiots.
Thankfully, they are the minority. But the stupid, stupid questions you get asked just really grates at times.
The first words out my mouth are usually, “what was the result of the test program”, usually followed by “I’ve not done that yet” or, “I didn’t have the instructions”.
Can you tell a certain (pretty obvious) idiot upset me in the ISE forum?
This is the same idiot that told a customer that “in his opinion” there was a design flaw on an ISE machine and that he should be getting an FOC repair or words to that effect. Yet he repeatedly asks the most f******g moronic, inane and repetitive questions that a schoolchild should be able the work out the answer to let alone a supposed experienced appliance repairer.
So we have to ask for tech advice on trivial matters yet he sees fit to give his “wisdom” out to customers.
Better still, apparently the AW23 has suffered the loss of a front tub, heater, weights, seal and f**k knows what else he managed to squeeze in to the repair list. And, it’s out of warranty to boot.
It never ceases to amaze me how many appliance repairers haven’t learnt the first lesson of repairing appliances, keep your gob shut unless you know what you’re talking about or your liable to be proven a complete fool.
I thought it best not to rant in the general populous.

Not really feeling better, angrier perhaps, that idiot is still out there let loose on the population who are, most times, just as moronic as he is.
And your last line there sums it up.
He’s not even seen it yet wants to take “parts” without even the hint of a clue what the problem is, FFS… indeed. Complete idiot.
