This is the price we pay for having communications at the speed of light.
It’s a modern day thing that customers are extremely quick to alert others to their plight, it’s a shame Capitol didn’t handle it differently, but hey, we’ve all done it in our time and the weekend is prime time!
Valuable lesson to be learnt and heeded by all, I think.
You can’t fault the customers post though, it’s reasonable enough.
Being civil and talking to customers, and lets face it they do pay our wages; doesnt cost anything but it speaks volumes when they come to recommend a particular company to their friends. Will they ever learn 🙄 .
It does reflect a bit on UKW don’t you think, because they got his number off here, so they expected the same proffessional service that we give on here, I think that was the main shocker for jcrawford
