Couple of questions, just done an online registration using my iPad.
Will the customer get her registration document in the post as usual?
Also the form asks for the production number, which of the other numbers on the rating plate is the production number?

Yup.

IIRC some of the older machines had it and that’s why it’s still there.

I forgot to add that this customer is not online, just read the form again, the bit about customers with e-mail address getting docs online. 8)

need to update the model field, no option for W256. I just submitted a registration for one that I had to chose 1607 for, needs to be ammended your end.
