It doesn’t mean you have to be an expert in electricals (our training will give you all the knowledge you need). But it does mean you have to be passionate about the products we sell, and the way in which they can enhance the lives of our customers.

He’s only 18 for gods sake, how on earth can he make claims about long term reliabilty for Hoover 8kg washers etc. I have hundreds of machines on my patch that are much older than him. :rolls:

He seems to be one of those people that you cannot insult unless you are blatantly rude to him, I did try in my own less than subtle way in that thread to point out his, shall we say, “gormless” approach. 😆

Should we have a whip-round and buy him a Haynes Manual or should I see if it would be best if he pack it all in right now and start a milk round instead?
