Bugger it, make Helo a mod. Then he can get in here and find out the truth…….
He means well, but rises to the bait every time.
PM’d him Thursday evening to say “Ta” for sticking a safety warning on the end of a post which we missed, so he’s trying to do the right thing.

Just shut him down and warn by PM. If required delete the post/thread.
If required point him at me, but if I do it then it will be seen as me discriminating against him, which, to be fair, I’d do in a heartbeat.

I even had an e-mail from an ex colleague of mine who peruses the forum on a regular basis although he has now retired from the trade and moved from sunny Manchester to Aberdeen, he was asking me who the hell this dwatt character was. 😥

Yesterday I moved one of his posts about a dishwasher from the Off Topic forum to the Trade Tech, I was surprised to see he had posted in the above thread with details of his local spares supplier, now he seems to think it is my bloody cooker, or that I am repairing it. 😯
Someone should take him to one side for a few lessons in forum procedure, although I’m sure he will get the hang of it eventually, after all it did take him 12 months after registering to make his first post. 🙂
