Hi all, just checking if a open neutral detected on the kitchen sockets would cause the range cooker to trip the power?
im pretty confident it would be the problem.

But I’d appreciate an experienced opinion.

    Cheers

if they are on different circuits they cant affect one another

most of the time a cooker is on its own circuit

Good point, I checked everything on the range but its tripping the circuit on both ovens, grill and induction hob (when turned on individually).
could it be thermal cut switches?

Although I did test them and all low readings so ok.

ok we need to know whats tripping

RCD that detects earth faults ( look for the test button )

MCB that act like a fuse and detects over current faults

or the latest trips that combine both RCBO
