Just visited a c/x who used the well known on line book a service call with us for £95.
Built in oven required a cooling fan motor retails around £57 job total around £100 in all.
c/x said they had to pay another £190 on top to fix. 😯
When we see these policies i always ask how much they paid and then tell them what we would have charged if they came direct they are some what 😮
They did get a 3 mth guarantee with that repair. :rotl:
