out of balance during wash but spinning fine

Hi all
beko wma 641w

This machine washes and spins fine when empty, spins fine with either light or heavy load, but when on wash cycle with any type of load it bangs and jumps about enough to pull the motors electrical plug off :eeek: . I’ve checked the weights springs and shocks and all seem fine. Any help greatly appreciated.

Check the motor’s tacho generator connections.

And the tacho magnet itself, quite prone to disintegrating on BEKO motors.

Hi thanks for replying I’ve checked the connections they are ok used multimeter. if I connect multimeter to wires of tacho and manually spin drum around should I see some voltage? magnet is in one piece no visible signs of damage.
