ParticipantHave had a request from a customer in Lancaster which is around 25 miles away from me. I’m the nearest listed ISE dealer and she is after an ISE 10. I’ve already had one (ISE5) in Lancaster and it took me half a day in total so its not a job I want to repeat often as if service is required later I’d be doing a two call job (if spares required) and losing the best part of a day.
What to doooooo 😕

Come on Tony just 20 miles and it’s practically all M6. You should be done and dusted in just over a couple of hours 😆

Come on we all occasionaly have to go out our area. I had to do a delivery 70 miles from work shop and go back for a repair so please do not think that 25 miles is a long way!

😯 Apart from sounding like my old boss which was the reason I went self employed in the first place, compared to my area 25 miles is to me!!!
No offence meant 😉 !!
Still pondering though.TC

we had an enquiry from Beaconsfield, way out of my area but the customer says he never trusts any business that only has a mobile number hence he didnt want to use anyone more local to him for that very reason.

I had someone call yesterday who is about 15 miles outside our area asking if we would sell him an ISE10 we said yes and will tie it in with work that way to deliver it .
The beauty of the 10 is you can sell it and walk away .
