Oven cooling fan not working

Hi, I have a Stoves new home SN90FP double oven and grill (model no. 444448196).
The fan on the main oven is not working. I have replaced the fan itself, the element and the thermostat, all with the correct parts. However the fan is still not working. The oven light and temperature lights come on and the oven heats up ok. Any ideas what could still be causing the issue? Thanks

Thanks Dave, I did replace the board last year when the cooling fan was constantly on.
This time its the fan inside the oven, sorry if I didn’t make it clear in my question. Is it likely the board would be the culprit for this also?
I will try and edit my original post.

well there is only really 2 things it could be

faulty motor
faulty switch behind the knob ( not the thermostat the switch in front of it )
