i have a Turbo by hygena AHY3220 model oven and the gas dial doesnt have any markings on it. someone suggested that it might be 200 degrees at the 6 o clock position but im not sure. can someone help!

I don’t know how the knob is marked, but the replacement is part number 117OKNOBW8310. An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk should get you one in the new year.
