    Hi,

    I have a Siemens HB750550B single oven.

    The last time I ran a self clean cycle, I noticed that the door did not lock, even though the lock symbol was lit.

    What would be the best way to resolve this?

    Dismantle the oven to check the lock mechanism or call out an engineer to sort it.
