HI, Not sure if this is the right forum but I will ask anyway

I am being sent by a letting agent to a cooker (Beko D533) to check the temperature on the outside of the oven door
The Tenant says that its too hot and her child may burn herself on it

Does anyone have the information on what the temperature should be ?
I have an infrared thermometer to test it but would like to know what the temperature should be

    Any help much appreciated

There was a case many years ago where a child was allowed to play in the kitchen, and managed to burn their hands on the door glass of an oven that was on. The parents sued the oven manufacturer as they claimed the oven wasn’t fit for purpose and was unsafe. The oven was tested fully, found to be within BS spec, and the oven manufacturer counter sued the parents on behalf of the child for allowing the child into the kitchen.
The oven manufacturer won, with the judge ruling the kitchen was a place of work and the child should not have been allowed to play in the kitchen
