Oven door won’t close properly

Hi,

I’m wondering if anyone can help me.
I have a Bosch Serie 2 HHF133BS0B oven that is less than 2 years old. I have no idea why but the door doesn’t close properly- it hangs very slightly open. I recently took off the oven door to clean- can it be that this would cause it to not close all the way? (There is nothing stuck in there to answer an obvious question!)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’d check that the hinges have gone back in correctly as it sounds like they may not have.

I have followed the instructions to the letter and its really simple so I can’t imagine it would be that but I will check again

sometimes you think they have dropped all the way in but they have not

get it all the time myself

Reopened the hinge, took it off and put it back, didn’t make a difference so this can’t be the problem.
Any other ideas?

how far will it close before you get problems

What is the complete Enr number ?
