Zanussi ZDQ995, double oven. Occasionally, the top oven will not heat up, control is set to regular oven, ie two horizontal lines, above and below, which I assume means an upper and lower element. The upper element is visible, the lower is not. Question i, if neither elements heat up, would this be a thermostat problem. As I said, it’s intermittent and sometimes when turning off and on, it will work.
