    Hi,

I just went to put a pizza in the oven haviung left it to pre-heat and the oven was cold with the temp light still on and the fan going. I have checked and the grill still works.

    The oven is Neff – ENr B1820N0GB/03 FD7903 B-AP22-7.

Seems like the fan element needs replacing but could it be anything else?

    Thanks Pete 😡

Hi, thanks for the speedy dispatch of my order over xmas – arrived today.

2 questions relating to the fan element:

    1. On the element I have removed it states 2400W, where as the new one is 2300W. Is this ok, and would a genuine Neff part be 2400W?

    2. How do I connect the earth wire from the oven to the element as there is no connector on the new element.

    Your help is appreciated.

    Hi
New style does away with earth tag on element. You will need to isolate safely the earth wire making sure that whatever you use to isolate, is electrically insulated, made of heat resistent materiel and won’t be able to dangle onto the circotherm fans moving parts.
As for the power rating, Im sure that will make no difference to its performance IMHO.
As always power off before attempting :plug:

So for example wrap the earth connector in a heat resistant tape of some sort?
    tks
