    I have a NEFF double oven 4/5 yrs old – oven is warmed up, the food is put in and temperature drops about 40 degs and doesn’t get any higher – any ideas?

    Does the neon come back on when you turn the thermostat up ?What oven seting are you using,fan,conventional ?

    Neon indicator does not come on. I have a fan oven

    Ignore my last reply about oven, my response to Bryan should be neon light stays on and yes I have fan oven. also I know that temp is not reached as have checked it with oven thermometer
