Oven Timer trips electrics

I wonder if anyone has ever experienced this.. sorry im not an electrian or expert in these im just trying to guage if the problem is with the oven or could be something more serious. When our oven timer goes off it will send a surge or seems to around the ground floor of the house, its only really noticeable as the sound goes off on the TV. Also sometimes it’ll reset the time on the oven..

“sends a surge”…… “sound goes off on TV” …… “timer resets?” Non of this makes any sense. Start by giving us the make and full model number of this oven please.
