Oven venting

I recently replaced the grill element on my oven, (a zanussi) and whilst i had the back off, something struck me. As the oven vents to the front of the appliance, you always get cooking smells in the kitchen.
Does anyone know of a way to vent an oven to the rear and therefore to the outside, (assuming an external wall)?

as far as i know there is no oven that has fittings for an outside vent. If you did this then on blustery days cold air could come back in, lowering the heat and the ovens efficiency
