I am renting, landlord has locked away all manuals (why?!) and I would like to obtain a copy of teh dishwasher manual.
I know its a CAPLE (well, I assume since its a fitted kicthen and the hob, oven & fridge are Caple).
It has the following on its serial numbered badge:
LVW-661 IT
DW-24EI
906470802Anyone able to assist, please?
I just want to know the right way to load it!

Go down to your local shed and look at the dishwashers on sale….read the owners manual that will be inside the display product. They are all the same really, big plates on the bottom smaller on the top, dont restrict the spray arm under the top basket by placing to tall an object on the lower tray. Try to fill your dishwasher to maximise the efficiency and stay away from 3 in 1 tablets. Salt is good for dishwashers and bad for slugs so use it and don’t forget the rinse aid, this is required. All crockery should angle when at rest on a basket so there are no pools of water left when its finished.

I used to work for Maurice Lay distributors based in Avonmouth in Bristol.
The Caple(k pull) not (cap all)range of kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and appliances belongs to Maurice Lay if you call the offices in Avonmouth on 0870 606 9 606 with some details they can print off most of their manuals as they are kept on word and PDF files.
They din’t do many dishwashers so if you can do some basic checks before like measure in cm with width can you see how many place settings it has etc. that will help also how long ago was it installed and any numbers or you can find anywhere on it.
If you don’t have any joy I may have old catalogues I can dig out so you can work out what model it is.
