I have a machine that is playing up. On cold wash the machine begins filling at a normal rate with slow drum rotation then the filling slows and stops while the rotation continues. When the cold stops filling if you turn on the hot water tap then hot water runs into the drum which means the hot valve has been turned on or has been on the whole time. The cold will eventually start again but slow down and stop. At this stage the machine beeps and the following LEDs light up or flash – wash cycle hard on; hot, cold and 2nd last wash progress LEDs flash on/off and the last wash progress, the two rinse and the spin LEDs are hard on. I tried the button push sequence advised by Penquin45 for diagnostics but that didn’t work. However at one stage the wash progress LEDs did light up in an apparent code. The LEDs from right to left were 111001 or 39. Can any one please tell me what this means or otherwise help.
