Panasonic 1000W microwave oven NN-A772S cutting out.

I have the above combined microwave, grill and convection oven. When using the microwave on any power setting or as part if a combination cooking program the microwave will cut out after approx 30 seconds. It is about 5-6 years old I think and there are two numbers either of which could be serial numbers if this helps. They are NN-A772SBBPQ and U13080195. Has anyone any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Hi, at that sort of age, I would hazzard a guess that it’s the Inverter and magnetron that will need replacing, if thats the case it would work out quite expensive to repair, there is a small possibility that it could be the damper motor/cam that has failed,which would be a cheaper repair, either way,you should under no circumstances attempt to look at it yourself.
