Panasonic combi oven/grill/microwave turntable won’t rotate

The door has 2 plastic sprung hooks the higher of which snapped off the other day.
Now the microwve part of the oven won’t work although i think it did for a short while after, so not sure if two things are connected.
Now when yuo start microwave function it makes the usual noise but no turntable rotation and switches off after about 3 secs.
It is NNCD757W Inverter.
are these things unrelated or if i replace the hook might that be all needed? It is happy door is closed and works in other modes.
