    hi,

hope Panasonic users here can help……..would i save more energy if i left the fridge + freezer on EcoNavi (Medium) temperature setting…………or put fridge + freezer on Minimum temperature setting ?

also, after just 2 months……………the bottom corner of the freezer door’s gasket is warped……….allowing little cold air to escape – how can i fix this ?

many many thanks for any useful info…………..

are you saying this unit is 2 months old from new

if yes then any problems will be covered by the guarantee and it should not be up to you to fix it ( unless its down to misuse )

yes, under warranty……….but i reckon the gasket problem will resurface even after replacement………i wonder how the gasket could warp after just 2 months since gaskets should be the last thing to worry about !

then you may see a lot of the engineers

but keep all the paperwork in case you have to make a point later

but at the moment its not your problem as they have to pay for it
