Panasonic NA 128CA2 W/M Drum Bearings & Sensor

Good afternoon,

The above washing machine will not progress to fast spin, and the customer called me suspecting an out of balance problem.

Upon inspection I’ve found that the drum bearings are badly worn, and wonder if the drum balance sensor would sense the bearing wear and excessive shaft end float, and prevent a fast spin?
