Panasonic NA 140VX3 washing machine error code H51

Hello,
Our machine is displaying H51, I’ve done what it says on the screen ‘switch off, restart etc’ it just reverts to H51.
The drum doesn’t turn by hand.

with the machine unplugged the drum should turn by hand

if it does not you need to find out why

could be something jamming it thats got stuck between drums

if it has a belt, remove belt to see if its motor or drum jammed

Hello Dave,
Thanks for your reply. There is something stuck between the drums as I can hear it snagging when I turn the inner drum.
How do I separate the drums? Remove the whole part from the top of the machine?

not sure with panasonic

get a torch inside the drum and look through the holes and around the door aperture to see if you can see it

after that the 2 ways on are

1 the sump hose
2 the heater (can be a pig to out and back in)
