    Hi, above washing machine keeps coming up U11 about 15 minutes from end of program. I have already fitted new pump. Machine pumps out and spins no problem on spin program and on a rinse only program. Anyone had this problem before or can point me in right direction of fault?

    Think this fault may have been caused by “out of balance” towel load. Asked customer to do a normal clothes wash. All seems well. 🙂
