It stopped in the middle of a wash and threw up a U11 fault code, after a quick google, I removed a very small blockage from the pump but still, the code persisted. It wouldn’t drain at all and the pump wasn’t working.

I’ve since replaced the pump and it drains no problem but the U11 fault code still appears in the middle of a wash and the machine doesn’t auto switch to the next job in the sequence.

I can set a wash, then after the washing is done, it stops and the fault code comes on. I then set a rinse and the same thing happens. I then drain it manually, then set it to spin.

Is there a way to reset these machines? I’ve spoken to Panasonic but the call centre I spoke to just wanted me to book and engineer at £135.

Any help is greatly appreciated, I’m getting ear ache from the missus.

    Cheers! 😀

My car was stolen last night too, just so you feel a little more sorry for me! Haha. 🙁

U11 means it hasn’t drained correctly, hasn’t completely drained etc.

Check filter, if you need to, get a local guy to look at it for you, likely to be near £100 less that the manufacturers are charging.

Yeah, it is draining though, that’s what’s odd. I rang a local repairer, he told me to come here. Haha.
